SHIPPING POLICY
Our products are made one by one. We place emphasis on giving individual attention to each product we offer, and use minimal packaging to avoid waste. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Undamaged products can be returned within 10 days from date of receipt. Simply return item with its included accessories and packaging along with printed receipt (or gift receipt) and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) Sale items are not eligible for return.
